Description
June Havoc – ‘Early Havoc’ hardback autobiography with lovely deckle edge finish, US first addition 1959, from the collection of producer David Gest. Inside, within the first set of photographs in the book, is a note referring to a photograph of her aged 7 next to a boy dressed in top hat and tails, on which she has written ‘This is the “Won’t You Be My Husband” number’. Also inside the front cover is an article about Havoc torn from a magazine inscribed ‘For David and the wonderful Doobie family – from number one fan June Havoc’. Further included is a 5″x4″ black and white photo of Havoc as a little girl on which she has written ‘Age 2 at Hal Roach studios’. Despite a small upper tear and minor scuffing along the edges, the dust jacket is overall in very good condition for its age. Good Condition. All autographs come with a Certificate of Authenticity. We combine postage on multiple winning lots and can ship worldwide. UK postage from £5.99, EU from £7.99, Rest of World from £9.99
