15 Sqn Signed C F Muirhead Joined No 15 Sqn Pilot WW1 losing an eye in combat 1918. 1 3 1975 Weeze 15 Squadron Flown in Buccaneer Personally Signed by Lieutenant C F Muirhead learned to fly at Northolt on Farman Pushers and joined No 15 Sqn in France to fly B. E. 2c’s and R. E. 8’s. In August 1918 he lost the sight of an eye in combat and was invalided home. Details enclosed. Certified Copy no 7 of 24. Good condition.
